2. Booking Conditions

Your contract with OXXO Tourism Investments Inc., trading as OXXO Travel, is governed by these booking conditions. By making a booking and paying your deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions. A binding contract will come into effect between you and OXXO Travel once we have received your deposit and sent a confirmation of your booking.

All bookings must be made by a person over 18 years old. If you are more than one traveler the person who makes the reservations and bookings will be accepted the lead name by us.

After the deposit payment, we make all reservations and bookings on your behalf. So the traveler's passports are all required at this stage. These passports are sent to the transportation company. Turkish regulations require transportation companies to record passenger details for security and statistical purposes. This includes maintaining a record of who is traveling on their services, which can be crucial for tracking in cases of emergencies, legal issues, or investigations. 

OXXO Travel uses your passports to ensure the spelling of your names on bookings matches your passports, for domestic flights (to book your ticket if required from you and if it is added to the fee), and to check expiration date.

3. Payment Policy

After reaching an agreement, OXXO Travel will send you a confirmation e-mail detailing the booking. You will be asked to pay a non-refundable payment of %30 percent of your holiday price. The deposit of your payment is %30 percent of the total amount. Can be paid with the link that we send you after you confirm the tour. The balance payment for the tour can be made on the date of your arrival in Türkiye. We as OXXO Travel both accept mail orders and links. The slip must be signed by you on your arrival to Türkiye and your mail order is under our guarantee we keep it until the date of your arrival and receive it back to you. So, the final payment can be completed by the agreed-upon method, as detailed in the confirmation e-mail.

On special occasional dates, we require %50 percent of the total payment. ( %30 percent nonrefundable and %20 percent refundable)

These dates will be specified to you like Christmas, Eastern, eid, etc

What Your Holiday Price Does Not Include:

Visa and Entry Fees: Any costs related to visas, immigration fees, and airport departure taxes that must be settled locally.

Porterage and Personal Expenses: Charges for porter services, personal purchases, and additional services such as room upgrades, mini-bar, and other hotel amenities.

Car Hire and Additional Costs: Fuel, optional insurance, and supplementary fees associated with car rentals or other transportation not specified in the itinerary.

Taxes and Regulatory Charges: Any new or increased taxes, levies, or mandatory charges imposed by governmental authorities or airlines after your booking is confirmed.

Security Fees: Additional security-related costs that may be introduced or raised post-booking, affecting transportation or accommodation.

4. Cancellation Policy

a) If you wish to make any changes after the confirmation of your booking, we do not guarantee but will try to update your inquiry so long as you pay for any required updates.

b) hotel reservations can be canceled 10 days before your actual stay. If you change or cancel your hotel reservation by us 48 hours before your stay. It is non-refundable. And you are guaranteed to pay the full amount of your hotel.

c) In the light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Clients can cancel their trip up to 96 hours (4 days) before their trip. And receive a full refund of the deposit. Except for the hotel policy as mentioned above.

Within 96 hours before the scheduled start, different conditions apply as outlined below. OXXO Travel reserves the right to retain the deposit if the cancellation is made within this frame.

• 3 days before departure:

OXXO Travel has the right to keep the deposit. However, clients have the option to postpone their trip within a year from the original departure date with an updated price.

4.a) Cancellation Policy for Flight Tickets with Turkish Airlines:

More Than One Month Before Departure: Cancellations made more than one month before the flight will incur a €10 cancellation fee per ticket.

Between One Week and One Month Before Departure: Cancellations occurring between one week and one month before the flight will be subject to a 30% fee of the total ticket cost.

Within One Week of Departure: For cancellations made within one week of departure, a 50% fee of the ticket price will apply. No Refunds for No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for passengers who do not show up for their scheduled flight without canceling in advance. Non-Refundable Promotional Fares: Tickets bought under promotional rates are non-refundable and cannot be changed. Different Airlines: For cancellation policies regarding other airlines, please reach out to us directly to obtain their specific terms and conditions.

5. Customer Special Requests

At OXXO Travel, we are dedicated to providing a personalized and inclusive travel experience for all our guests. We understand that some travelers may have specific needs or preferences, such as dietary restrictions, accessibility requirements, or unique accommodations. To ensure we can meet these special requests effectively, we kindly ask that you inform us in writing or via email at least one week before your booking date. Whether you need assistance with mobility, have food allergies, or require any other specific arrangements, please provide us with detailed information as early as possible. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your requests and enhance your travel experience, ensuring your journey with us is both comfortable and enjoyable.

6. Safety

At OXXO Travel, your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We strictly comply with state and international safety regulations and follow rigorous protocols for all our tours and activities, whether on land, water or in the air. Our procedures are designed to offer a secure and enjoyable experience, and we ask all guests to adhere to the instructions and guidelines provided by our team. To maximize your safety, please prepare appropriately for your tour by bringing suitable clothing, equipment, and any necessary medications. Inform us in advance of any health conditions or special requirements. Additionally, we require all guests to have valid health insurance to cover any potential medical expenses or emergencies that may arise during their travels. This ensures that any health-related issues can be promptly and effectively managed within your home country. While we endeavor to minimize risks, participation in our tours and activities is at your own risk. OXXO Travel is not responsible for any health issues, accidents, or injuries that may occur. By booking with us, you agree to assume full responsibility for your safety and well-being throughout your journey.
